So please wait for your bleeding to stop and wait until you have attended the Six Weeks postpartum care visit for mother and baby. Try and love your new body, while keeping an eye on your weight loss goals, otherwise, stress and depression will set in, and your goals will be farther from being achieved.
Relaxin, the hormone that is responsible for softening the ligaments and joints during pregnancy and childbirth, can stay in the body for up to six months postpartum. This can lead to wobbly, unstable joints and a loose pelvis.
